Three Semis Collide in Fatal Big Rig Crash

One person was killed and two were injured Wednesday in a fatal big rig crash on I-10 near Cabazon on Wednesday. California Highway Patrol (CHP) officials said three big rigs collided east of the Main Street exit near the Cabazon Dinosaurs around 11 a.m.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene. Two others suffered minor injuries. According to CAL FIRE, 50 gallons of diesel fuel were spilled because of the crash. All but one of the freeway lanes were closed during the clean-up and they all reopened at 3:11 p.m.
