Do You Have Info on Hesperia Hit-and-Run Suspect?

Police are searching for a hit-and-run suspect in connection with a pedestrian crash in Hesperia last month. The collision occurred around 6:30 p.m. on the 18000 block of Danbury Avenue.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, a female pedestrian was crossing Danbury Avenue when she was struck by a dark colored Saturn. The pedestrian was injured and taken to St. Mary Medical Center for treatment.

Witnesses say they saw the driver at the scene, but he left before police arrived. They described him as a 6-foot-1 male with dark hair, around 18 years old. He was driving a dark colored Saturn that is likely missing its passenger side mirror.

Anyone with information about the pedestrian crash or the hit-and-run suspect should contact the Hesperia Sheriff’s Station at (760) 947-1500.
