Prizes

Grand Prize – $2,000.00 cash scholarship; Video will be aired on KESQ, KDFX, KCWQ, and KUNA–TV; video will be posted on walterclark.com and kesq.com
Second Place – $1,000.00 cash scholarship and video will be posted on walterclark.com and kesq.com
Third Place – $500.00 cash scholarship and video will be posted on walterclark.com and kesq.com

Official Rules

One entry per person.
Registrants must download entry/registration forms from KESQ.com or www.walterclark.com. Entry forms must accompany the 30 second video/DVD. The 30 second video/DVD must be delivered or mailed to Walter Clark Legal Group, Att’n: PSA Contest, at 74-075 El Paseo Drive, Suite A-5, Palm Desert , CA. 92260, no later than April 9, 2010 at 5:00pm. Entry forms will also be available at KESQ studios, 42-650 Melanie Place, Palm Desert CA 92260 and Walter Clark Legal Group offices at 74-075 El Paseo Drive, Suite A-5, Palm Desert, CA 92260.
Entrant must be a high school student enrolled in a high school in the Coachella Valley, or the high desert, to participate in the Contest.
All decisions by judges are final.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees and the immediate families of WCLG, Gulf California Broadcast Company/ News Press Corp., Asher & Asher Consulting LLC are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
By participating in the Contest, winners will give their consent to give their likeness for promotional purposes.
Deadline for all entrants is Friday, April 9, 2010.
Notification for the grand prize winner, second place and third place winners will be Tuesday, April 27, 2010.
Contest rules and regulations will be posted on KESQ.com and the WCLG website (www.walterclark.com). They will also be available for pick up at the studios of KESQ TV at 42-650 Melanie Place, Palm Desert, CA.and at the offices of Walter Clark Legal Group at 74-075 El Paseo Drive, Suite A-5, Palm Desert, CA 92260.
The prizes will be provided by WCLG.
Winners of all prizes are responsible for all applicable taxes.
