The motorcyclist and a pickup truck were both in the left lane of the highway when the driver of the truck yielded to traffic in front of him and the motorcyclist hit him from behind.
The man was rushed to a local hospital to be treated for injuries sustained in the Yucca Valley motorcycle accident.
