Naked man caught after California auto accident

The man who caused the California car accident ran from the car after it plowed into a parked car and flipped over, according to officials.
The auto accident victim was captured by a deputy and bystanders when he fell while running down a street.
The driver was arrested under suspicion of drunk driving. Police are awaiting test results to determine if drugs were a factor in the California auto accident.
