Man injured in California auto accident

KGTV reported that a California car accident involving a patrol car left one person injured.
A driver rear-ended a police car on the interstate, but the police officer was not injured in the California auto accident.
An occupant of one of the cars was taken to a local hospital to be treated.
Authorities are still investigating the California car accident and whether alcohol was a factor.
