Hasty Left Turn Causes Single-Vehicle Rollover Crash

A driver making a hasty left turn caused a single-vehicle rollover crash in Adelanto Monday afternoon. The crash happened at the intersection of Highway 395 and Seneca Road just after 1:30 p.m. Police say the driver of a Toyota 4Runner was heading north on Highway 395 and lost control while making a turn onto Seneca Road.

The vehicle crashed into some cement barriers before striking a power pole. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the Toyota driver saw an oncoming vehicle in the southbound lane and did not want to wait to make the turn before the vehicle passed. The quick turn caused the driver to lose control, causing the single-vehicle rollover crash.
