A man who led police on a chase hit two patrol cars in two Coachella Valley auto accidents.
According to KPSP, the Coachella Valley Gang Task force was trying to arrest a man for cutting off his monitoring bracelet before the chase and the Coachella Valley auto accidents occurred.
