Truck accident keeps traffic backed up on California highway

An accident along California Highway 99 in Visalia cause several backups and sent seven people to the hospital, according to CBS47.
A tractor-trailer collided with wooden planks in the road and caused a diesel spill in the right lane, which closed the California highway. California Highway Patrol said a distracted driver crashed into backed-up traffic.
